PAC wristbands are required to enter each location during PAC FEST on August 1st.

COST

PAC wristbands will be given to all PAC members and can be purchased at a cost of $20. Purchasing a PAC Fest wristband entitles any individual to a one-year PAC membership. * A $2 convenience fee is applied when paying with a card.

WRISTBAND PICK-UP

Wristbands can be collected at the PAC booth in the Exhibit Hall at Registration Island starting July 31st. Pick up will be at the PAC booth until 2pm on August 1st. Wristbands can be purchased on location at each venue.

KARAOKE CONTEST RULES

Entries

Contest entries may be a solo artist or may consist of more than one individual. There will be a fee of $50/entry.
Each entry will designate two songs they will perform The songs may be any genre but must include all of the participants in the entry (i.e. if the entry is a duet, both must sing in each song).
Songs must be provided at the time of entry and duplicate songs will not be allowed. The earlier the entry is received, the more likely they will get their songs of choice.
The first song performed will be used in the elimination round. Contestants advancing to the final round should be prepared to perform the second song.
The order of performance will be by random draw of songs. Entrants should be ready to perform when their song is drawn.

Winners will be based on the following process:

Each contestant will perform one song in the first round.
During performances, a tip jar will be available for each contestant. The audience will be able to vote for their favorite contestants by placing money in the tip jars.
At the end of the competition, a panel of “professional” judges will determine three “finalists”.
The top three contestants will perform one additional song in the final round to determine the winner.
Once the 3 finalists are announced by the panel of judges, the teams that did not place in the top three will be allowed to vote on one of the three finalists by combining the contents of their tip jar with that of one of the remaining three teams.
The contestant bringing in the most in tips will be deemed the winner and will receive a specially designed trophy and bragging rights as OkACTE’s Champion.
