Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2021 Oklahoma CareerTech Summer Conference. The Oklahoma CareerTech Summer Conference brings together over 4,000 Oklahoma school business and educational professionals for one of the largest and most comprehensive networking events in the state. Our conference provides networking, professional development and leadership opportunities for career and technical education professionals. Meet with technology center superintendents, business managers, technology center directors, teachers, facilities and operations managers, and other business officials.

LOAD-IN**: Sunday, August 1 | 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Monday, August 2| 6:00 AM (Doors open for exhibitors) LOAD-OUT**: Monday, August 2 | 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
**Exhibitors with large buses or larger displays will be contacted directly for set-up and move-in times. No booth may be dismantled prior to the designated time without permission from OkACTE. OkACTE reserves the right to disqualify any vendor from any OkACTE event for non-compliance with this requirement.

OKLAHOMA EXHIBITOR BOOTHS:
Each booth includes one (1) 8-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, and a waste basket
STANDARD (10x10 space): $618.80 if contract and payment received by July 9, 2021.
STANDARD CORNER/ENDCAP (10X10 space): $722.80 if contract and payment received after July 9, 2021.
ISLAND BOOTH SPACE (20x20 space, prime location, 360 degree booth access): $3000, if contract and payment is received by July 9, 2021 *Limited availability
If purchasing multiple booths, please note, they must be in a row. All booths purchased must face the same direction.
**If choosing to purchase your booth electronically, additional fees have been included above.
