Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2020 Oklahoma CareerTech Summer Conference. The Oklahoma CareerTech Summer Conference brings together over 4,000 Oklahoma school business and educational professionals for one of the largest and most comprehensive networking events in the state. Our conference provides networking, professional development and leadership opportunities for career and technical education professionals. Meet with technology center superintendents, business managers, technology center directors, teachers, facilities and operations managers, and other business officials.

**Exhibitors with large buses or larger displays will be contacted directly for set-up and move-in times. No booth may be dismantled prior to the designated time without permission from OkACTE. OkACTE reserves the right to disqualify any vendor from any OkACTE event for non-compliance with this requirement.
INCLUDED IN AN EXHIBITOR BOOTH SPACE:
Each 10x10 exhibitor booth includes one (1) 8-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, a waste basket and four (4) exhibitor badges. Island booths (20x20) includes eight (8) exhibitor badges. Deluxe Island booths includes up to (10) exhibitor badges. (If an exhibitor would like to register more than the allotted amount of exhibitor badges per booth, there is a $25 charge for each additional badge.)
Added Exposure Opportunities
Exhibitor Scavenger Hunt - vendors can elect to participate in the Exhibitor Scavenger Hunt. A $50 gift (excluding company products) is required.
New this year! Technology Playground- We are offering our members and exhibitors an opportunity to demo products in the Technology Playground area. While this is being offered at no cost, we are limited on space. All interested participants must submit an application for approval to participate.
New This Year! Exhibit Hall Staff Assistants : We understand that this show can be demanding, we will provide assistants to "man your booth" and assist with ensuring you're able to enjoy lunch on such a busy day. More details regarding the assistants will be provided closer to the show.
Standard Inside 10x10:
$595 if contracted by July 10, 2020.

Corner booths/Endcaps 10x10:

Island Booths 20x20:
360 degree access to booth. Prime location within the entrance of the exhibit hall.
Deluxe Island Booths 30x20:
Front row access to conference participants within the exhibit hall. 360 degree access to booth.

Electric: Please note, electric is not provided in the booth package. Electric can be purchased through the Cox Convention Center. Forms for the Cox Convention Center can be downloaded here.

Internet and Telephone: The Cox Convention Center has wireless internet available, but it is recommended that if you need constant connection that you purchase dedicated high-speed internet (Hard Wired). The Cox Convention Center forms can also be downloaded here.

Carpet and other booth furnishings:If you need additional rented booth equipment, set-up, carpet, or freight and material handling, please download the 2020 Exhibitor EventOne packet. For exhibitors with freight, please refer to the Material Handling and Drayage Services” pages in the vendor packet to ensure your freight gets to your booth at the venue.
Sample Food/Beverage Distribution: SAVOR has the exclusive food and beverage distribution rights within the Cox Convention Center. Exposition sponsoring organizations and their exhibitors may distribute SAMPLE food or non-alcoholic beverage products with written authorization ONLY from Myka Burton. Lunch: Lunch concessions will be available to attendees and vendors in the Exhibit Hall. Food trucks will be parked just outside of the Exhibit Hall on the west side of the Cox Convention Center. A complete listing of the food trucks can be found on our app, Oklahoma Summit. The app can be found in the app store or on GooglePlay.
On-site security: Security guards will be present on a 24-hour basis from 12pm Sunday through Monday load-out.
Drape Colors: The drape colors will be Black.
