Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2021 Oklahoma CareerTech Summer Conference.  The Oklahoma CareerTech Summer Conference brings together over 4,000 Oklahoma school business and educational professionals for one of the largest and most comprehensive networking events in the state.  Our conference provides networking, professional development and leadership opportunities for career and technical education professionals.  Meet with technology center superintendents, business managers, technology center directors, teachers, facilities and operations managers, and other business officials. 

 

PLANNING WITH COVID MEASURES:

The Oklahoma Summit planning team believes that there is an effective national vaccine program in place, with rigorous testing. The team plans to proceed in planning the conference with safety protocols in mind, and will implement those measures, regardless of a lift in the precautions provided by the CDC.

**Exhibitors with large buses or larger displays will be contacted directly for set-up and move-in times.  No booth may be dismantled prior to the designated time without permission from OkACTE OkACTE reserves the right to disqualify any vendor from any OkACTE event for non-compliance with this requirement.

INCLUDED IN AN EXHIBITOR BOOTH SPACE:   

Each exhibitor booth includes one (1) 8-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, and a waste basket.

Due to covid restrictions, we are limiting exhibitors to the following: 

  • Standard (10x10) exhibitor booth includes two (2) exhibitor badges.

  • Island booths (20x20) includes four (4) exhibitor badges.

  • Added Exposure Opportunities​

    • Exhibitor Scavenger Hunt - vendors can elect to participate in the Exhibitor Scavenger Hunt. A $50 gift (excluding company products) is required. 

    • New This Year! Exhibit Hall Staff Assistants : We understand that this show can be demanding, we will provide assistants to "man your booth" and assist with ensuring you're able to enjoy lunch on such a busy day. More details regarding the assistants will be provided closer to the show.

 

EXHIBITOR BOOTH FEES:  

Below are the amounts for booth if contract and payment is received by July 9, 2021

STANDARD (10x10 space):$595 / $618.80 (credit card)  

STANDARD CORNER/ENDCAP (10x10 space): $695 / $722.80 (credit card) 

ISLAND BOOTH SPACE (20x20 space, prime location, 360 degree booth access): $3000/ $3120 (credit card)

Two Ways to Secure Your Booth: 

1. Upload and complete the Exhibitor Contract and submit your payment via mail or

2. Complete our online Exhibitor Contract and submit your payment electronically. *Processing fees are included in the cost.

Standard Inside 10x10:

$695 if contracted after July 9, 2021. 

Corner booths/Endcaps 10x10:

$695 if contracted by July 9, 2021. 

$795 if contracted after July 9, 2021.

Island Booths 20x20: 

360 degree access to booth. Prime location within the entrance of the exhibit hall.

ADDITIONAL BOOTH FURNISHINGS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE:                                                                                                                                    Electric: Please note, electric is not provided in the booth package. Electric can be purchased through the Oklahoma City Convention Center. Forms for the Oklahoma City Convention Center can be downloaded here.

 

Internet and Telephone: The Oklahoma City Convention Center has wireless internet available, but it is recommended that if you need constant connection that you purchase dedicated high-speed internet (Hard Wired).  If you are interested in making these arrangements, contact the Oklahoma City Convention Center here.

Carpet and other booth furnishings:If you need additional rented booth equipment, set-up, carpet, or freight and material handling, please download the 2020 Exhibitor EventOne packet. For exhibitors with freight, please refer to the Material Handling and Drayage Services” pages in the vendor packet to ensure your freight gets to your booth at the venue.

Sample Food/Beverage Distribution: SAVOR has the exclusive food and beverage distribution rights within the Oklahoma City Convention Center. Exposition sponsoring organizations and their exhibitors may distribute SAMPLE food or non-alcoholic beverage products with written authorization ONLY from SAVOR. 

 

Lunch: Lunch concessions will be available to attendees and vendors in the Exhibit Hall. Food trucks will be parked just outside of the Oklahoma City Convention Center. A complete listing of the food trucks can be found on our app, 2021 Oklahoma Summit. The app can be found in the app store or on GooglePlay.     

 

On-site security: Security guards will be present on a 24-hour basis from 12pm Sunday through Monday load-out.

 

Drape Colors: The drape colors will be Black.
