53rd Annual Oklahoma Summit

The 2020 Oklahoma Summit is scheduled to be a virtual experience!
Be prepared to join us virtually for the 53rd Annual Oklahoma Summit conference. On August 4th participants can expect a schedule that includes a General Session and 36 breakout sessions. Please check your email for conference updates and incentives as we prepare for Oklahoma Summit on August 4.
Registration for the 2020 Oklahoma Summit is now open! The conference registration is a flat fee of $75. Conference registration can be completed by using the link below.

Logging Into the Conference
Before the virtual conference, you will have an opportunity to view the platform. Next week, an email will be sent to registered attendees including instructions on how to log onto the site. This email will include step-by-step directions on how to utilize the enhanced features on the virtual environment. To ensure you receive those emails, you must be registered in the system.
Your Virtual Footprint
As you navigate through the virtual environment during Oklahoma Summit, your activity is being recorded. Information including time of log-in, sessions watched and the duration, and information uploaded into your briefcase will all be tracked and shared with your administrators and divisions.
Additional Access After Oklahoma Summit
The virtual environment is accessible to all registered attendees up to 3 months following the conference. The log-in information given next week will give you continued access to watch any additional sessions, upload notes from your presentations, and will include contacts for our speakers.

General Session | 8:30 am
The General Session brings us all together to celebrate the many Oklahoma CareerTech professionals leading in innovation, dedication and determination to prepare Oklahomans to drive our economy to its best. Join us in acknowledging award recipients and a keynote address from Tony Brigmon, the Southwest Airlines Ambassador of Fun!
**Join Tony Brigmon for a special interactive session immediately following the General Session.**
This year Oklahoma Summit will host 36 Professional Development sessions.

Oklahoma Summit| August 5
The second day of our conference will be held on another virtual platform, NextThought. It is important to note, to enter into your meetings as scheduled, you will have to be registered. All registered attendees will receive an email with specific directions on how to obtain entry in the NextThought platform.
Logging Into the Conference
Each conference registrant will receive an invitation from NextThought.
Accept the invitation. Upon accepting the invite, you will be taken directly to the account creation page.
Create Your Account. Complete the information and click "Create my account!". Next you will be taken directly into the site.
Add the Site. Once you've created your account , click on the "+Add" button on your home page and select the division you wish to enroll in.
Enroll in your Division. Click on "Get for Free" to enroll in your division conference. A green banner will pop-up letting you know you successfully enrolled. Click on “Open” to enter the conference.
