Electric: Please note, electric is not provided in the booth package. Electric can be purchased through the Oklahoma City Convention Center. Forms for the Oklahoma City Convention Center can be downloaded here.
Internet and Telephone: The Tulsa Cox Business Convention Center has wireless internet available, but it is recommended that if you need constant connection that you purchase dedicated high-speed internet (Hard Wired). If you are interested in making these arrangements, contact the Tulsa Convention Center here.
Carpet and other booth furnishings:If you need additional rented booth equipment, set-up, carpet, or freight and material handling, please download the 2022 Exhibitor EventOne packet. For exhibitors with freight, please refer to the Material Handling and Drayage Services” pages in the vendor packet to ensure your freight gets to your booth at the venue.
Sample Food/Beverage Distribution: SAVOR has the exclusive food and beverage distribution rights within the Tulsa Business Convention Center. Exposition sponsoring organizations and their exhibitors may distribute SAMPLE food or non-alcoholic beverage products with written authorization ONLY from SAVOR.
Lunch: Lunch concessions will be available to attendees and vendors in the Exhibit Hall area to include concessions and food trucks. A complete listing of the food trucks can be found on our app, 2022 Oklahoma Summit. The app can be found in the app store or on GooglePlay.
On-site security: Security guards will be present on a 24-hour basis from 12pm Sunday through Monday load-out.

Want to get the participants running to your booth?! Consider participating in the Exhibitor Scavenger Hunt. from 7:30 - 10:00 am. Take advantage of the Exhibit Hall's prime time. Each participating exhibitor will be required to provide a $50 cash/item sponsorship. The item cannot include products sold or provided by exhibiting companies or organizations. Items must be delivered at check in.
Attendees will be given clues, provided by participating exhibitors. These clues will lead them to visit the booths, and tickets will be given to attendees for a chance to win one of the sponsored items. We will draw our first name at 7:30 am.
8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
This year we will give exhibitors an opportunity to apply to be a presenter. You will have an opportunity to present your services, programming or products to membership in 45-minute sessions.
Exhibitor presenters can expect that their sessions will be included on the official Oklahoma Summit app within the session listing, will have access to AV for their presentations, and the sessions will be hosted in a special section within the exhibit hall.

This year we plan to host an Exhibitor Reception immediately following the General Session. Exhibitors will have an opportunity to purchase drink tickets to give to participants throughout the day. A cash bar, snacks, music and games will be available to participants during the reception.
**Exhibitors will not be able to dismantle booths until 4pm.**
