The OkACTE Mutual Benevolence Plan organizes and facilitates the voluntary, monetary contributions to the beneficiary of an eligible member upon death. This program is a way for members of our professional associations to express concern and support for our colleagues and their families during very difficult times. Through the years, many families have received help from this program.
OkACTE and CCOSA have merged their programs to the CCOSA/OkACTE Mutual Benevolence Plan (MBP). This merge provides us with the opportunity to have a large pool of professionals helping each other, and it allows us to utilize a customized system for communicating with our members.
We encourage any one interested in the CCOSA/OkACTE Mutual Benevolence Plan to read over the plan guidelines for eligibility. All applications are subject to approval.
With the improvement to our MBP, the board has voted to extend an open enrollment to OkACTE members! Open enrollment allows any active member to participate regardless of years in the association. Beginning September 5th, any OkACTE member can log onto the OkACTE website and register for the program!
Participants must meet the following requirements:
- Active OkACTE Member or Spouse
- Pay the $40 fee MBP registration
- Must be in good standing with the MBP Board
If you meet the aforementioned requirements, enroll here!
"What moves through us in silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch. We may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget."
